Shipping policy

Shinyaku is a made-to-order streetwear brand — every piece is cut, sewn, and finished after you order it, rather than pulled from pre-made bulk stock. This means production and shipping timelines can run longer than typical off-the-shelf retailers, especially during high-demand periods.

Processing: Orders are made in the order they're received. Depending on current demand, production can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks before an item ships. We do our best to keep this as fast as possible and will always update you if your order is taking longer than expected.

Shipping: Once an order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days domestically. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery guarantee: We guarantee delivery of every order within 180 days (six months) of purchase at the absolute maximum. If your order hasn't arrived within that window, you're entitled to a full refund to your original payment method — see our Return and Refund Policy for details.

International orders: We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon arrival — these are not included in the order total and are outside our control.
